Capital Markets:
Provide market informed judgments on a broad array of financing strategies to address clients’ specific needs and deliver best-in-class deal structuring and execution.  Advise on the preparation and implementation of capital raising through IPO, private placement, debt instrument and other vehicles. The services include corporate restructuring, structuring funding alternatives, formulating placement strategy and ensuring a successful transaction by coordinating with potential investors.

Corporate & Financial Restructurting:
Develop solutions to complex problems in corporate and financial restructuring. The services cover formulating and implementing restructuring plan which may include reorganization process under the bankruptcy court, structuring special purpose vehicle or securities to be issued, assisting in negotiation with various stakeholders, repackaging and divesting non-core assets.
